ScaleBig (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website https://www.scalebig.in. We are a digital marketing agency based in Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill in our contact form or request a quotation, we collect the details you enter, which typically include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and a description of the services you are interested in. These form submissions are delivered to us by email at info@scalebig.in.
When you contact us on WhatsApp through the chat button on our site, WhatsApp shares your phone number and profile name with us, and our conversation is stored in our WhatsApp Business account. WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to those messages.
If you apply for a job with us, we collect the information in your application and CV.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit:
- Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system
- The pages you visit on our site, how long you stay, and the page that referred you to us
- Approximate location (city level) derived from your IP address
- How you interact with pages — scrolling, clicks, and mouse movement — collected in anonymised session recordings and heatmaps through Microsoft Clarity

Why we collect your information

Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business: our hosting provider GoDaddy, our business email service, and the analytics and advertising providers listed above (Google, Meta, Microsoft). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective data protection commitments and are not permitted to use your form submissions for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where necessary
- Authorities, if required by law or a valid legal process
Some of these providers (for example Google, Meta, and Microsoft) may store data on servers outside India. Where that happens, the transfer is governed by the provider’s applicable data protection commitments.
Embedded content and third-party links
Pages on this site embed content from other websites, including Google Maps and YouTube videos. Embedded content behaves as if you visited that website directly, and those sites may collect data about you, use their own cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content — including linking it to your account if you are logged in to that service. Our website also links to third-party sites; this policy does not cover them, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
How long we keep your information
- Enquiry and quotation details: up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can respond to follow-up questions
- Client records: for the duration of our engagement and thereafter as required by Indian tax and accounting law (generally 8 years)
- Analytics data: retained per the provider’s settings (Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months; Microsoft Clarity recordings are retained for up to 30 days, with aggregate data up to 13 months)
- Job applications: up to 6 months after the position is filled, unless you ask us to keep your CV on file
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
How we protect your information
We use HTTPS encryption across the website, restrict access to personal information to team members who need it for their work, and use reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data we hold.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on your consent, withdraw it at any time

- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
